City of Concrete, Dust and Dogfights

Where do I begin? This seems to be the most sordid tale one could ever tell of. Even writing about it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. This city is rotten. And i wanna get out of here as soon as possible. Yes guys, m talking about Gurgaon, a so called highly developped and posh city. FYI, m here for 2 months for my summer internship. Not too long you would say? Well if u think so, u ought to come here n see it for urself.
Now you might be wondering that why have I developped such strong feelings against this place. Well, averagely m a very adaptive guy. So far in my life i have never had problems settling anywhere. Wherever i went, i relished the place for the best parts of it. So much so that the relatively worse features did not make me hate that place. But right since I have come here, I have been searching for one good thing that I could tell you guys about here. And after about one and a half month of looking around and tolerating it, I finally give up.
This city is nothing but a vast expanse of concrete jungle developed by a so called visionary Mr. K. P. Singh (the DLF owner). And where this jungle ends, begins the real Gur 'Gaon'. This infrastructure development that he is responsible for was a boon for the big corporate houses that filled his pockets with gold. The one thing that Mr. Singh didn't realize was that he created a bigger menace for the 'stupid common man' who walks the streets without any artificial air aroud him to comfort him; he made this place a city of dust. Within days of entering this place the dust sickened me, a problem that i still carry along. The moment i get some time to recuperate, some more dust fills my lungs. Tonnes and tonnes of dust are airborne here at all hours of the day. In our terms we call it SPM (Suspended Particulate Matter). But who cares whatever it is called. It's irritating and dangerous all the same.
That was about the dust monster. It can still be conquered if you are in the right state of mind. For being in a right state of mind you need to be surrounded by people who are supportive, cooperative and understanding. But here I have personally witnessed at least one dogfight on every street i've been to. The only difference being, there were no dogs involved.
I see frustration all around here. And it does no good to my spirits as well. It's this frustration that I am trying to relieve through this post.
It's very difficult to figure out the problem with thise place. But one thing can be said for sure.

"Something, somewhere, terribly went wrong"
